passing smog in dc

Anybody on this forum have any advice for passing a smog check in dc? My car passed emissions in california less than a year ago so it shouldn't have any problems, I can't imagine dc is more strict than ca.

Also, I have a small leak in my muffler, do they check stuff like that or will they not care since it is just a little louder than it should be?

Throw some denatured alcohol in the tank to be on the safe side. New plugs help. Make sure the cat is FULLY warmed up!

Stop in an inspection station in South East and slip 'em a $20.
