pettit ecu,underdrive pulley,intake,intercooler,downpipe,bonez cat.,3"cat back,10mm mag wires,ngk 9's all around,nippon drop in upgrade pump,profec b,4.33 gears,drag radials, short shifter ect.
All bolt on stuff, stock turbos and injectors with about 25-30 1/4 mile runs at 13.5 lbs.boost and just touching 14 lbs at the top end.I always try and run at least 96 octane unleaded for higher boost and
do not run high boost all the time on the street.Running a trap speed of 116 and 12.3 (when i can hook
up). Maybe I've been lucky or my time is coming as my car has only 31k on it but I have heard other tuners confirm that 14 lbs is safe for 1/4 mile at a time with proper octane just not extended 1/2 to 1 mile straights

I would get a bigger fuel pump and leave it at 12psi for normal driving. Then just turn it up to 14psi occasionaly.

Be careful if you decide to go this route. Running 14psi, you're injectors will probably be over 85% duty cycle. Plus the stock ic can't handle 14psi very well.

LOST TIME:
I don't have a problem admittimg that I don't know much about rotaries. That is why I am a member of this forum. If I have a problem or question I search and then ask...If I see someone having a problem with something that I have come across I try to help them out. That is what this site is for.

As for your response asking "How much do you know about cars?" and telling me to check out the links to the other sites:
Don't be a DICK about it.

Just because you may know more about rotaries than I do doesn't mean you have to be a DICK. I was asking peoples for opinions so that I can learn from their mistakes. I would rather have no replies to a post then have somebody be a DICK and post a response like yours.

If I am misinterpereting your attitude in your post then I am sorry...If not then F**K OFF

It seems that more and more people are starting to act like DICKS around here...WTF

As for the rest of the replies to this post...Thank you for your help, I appreciate it.

I apologize. It seems my question was wrongly received. I was trying to gauge exactly how much you know about cars. We have alot of people with extensive knowledge with piston cars, and assume that information no longer applies. Rotaries are very much like piston-driven motors as far as the fuel combustion process is concerned. Those links are extremely helpful and I refer to them constantly for information, that's why I gave them to you. The last thing I would want to do is disuade someone from asking for information, that's why we're all here.

It's OK to run over 85% duty cycle for short periods of time. I wouldn't recommend doing it all the time, though. Over 85% the injectors just remain open. With a bigger fuel pump, there should be enough pressure to support 14psi. And a FMIC was one of the mods listed.
