My guess would be that you remove the old intercooler and install the new one. If you cant figure it out then maby you should take to someone to have it installed.

Well you would think its that easy but no. I had a greddy 2 row fmic and installed that fine, yes the one you have to cut the bumper and support. This one is different and does not sit all the up front and im not to sure where its suppose to be mounted being I bought it used and it didnt come with brackets or anything.

Does anyone have USEFUL info

from the looks of it and not knowing how big it is, it looks like a v-mount or and intercooler that goes in the stock location, def not a front mount tho, cuz i kno my front mount intake and outlet tubes bend UP, urs dont seem to do that! have u tried calling greddy? they might be able to help u if im wrong

It is a front mount, it just doesn't sit all the way to the front bumper. Its the old school type.

intercooler

here are a few pics i took today. this was and still is one of the best intercooler ever produced for the fd. it was a complete kit complete with the radiator, power steering and ac condensor brackets. it also included a new power steering cooler line.
basically 2 brakets like this\_ _/ support the bottom of the intercooler and attached to the frame rail. the bracket on top connects to the hood latch. you must cut a small section of the radiator support on the passenger side to allow the pipe section some clearance . various brackets relocated the radiator into an upright position.
i had scanned and posted the original manual which was in japanese a while ago.
