Well like Bruce Willis says in Die Hard, "welcome to the party, pal!"
Very..very important and easy to mess up, especially when you arent replacing plugs one at a time as in your case. Label/mark the wires with tape or marker pen or route them off where you will remember. The trailing plugs are the top ones ("take the trail to the top" is how I remember). Better hurry, cause it's going to get dark soon... Got a drop light and extension cord?
Make sure you label or know which plug wires go to which plug - very important.

Just a little insight. I had a similar problem w/ my map sensor. (hose didn't come off but the wire wasn't in the ECU plug and so same effect). My car was flooded REALLY bad and heres what I did to start it.
removed the egi fuse (almost positive that what it was) and cranked it WOT. Then let it sit and did that several times. Then tryed to start it... never got that to work but I ended up taking off the brake booster hose (near the firewall on the intake plentium just behind the boost guauge hookup spot) and put it in a cup of MMO. (same effect as ATF, you don't need much... very little) Cranked over the engine and it sucked up the MMO and whamo... started right up.
Than messing w/ some stuff had it flood again and did the same thing (this time w/ even LESS MMO) and sure enough... started right up.
That was quicker for me because I had to get it started to continue diagnosing my problems. Then I was going to change out the plugs later.
