Wow, this week was my first time ordering with Ray (hood insulator). I ordered on Tuesday and was said I should receive it on Friday. To my surprise...I got it Thursday! A day early. That's service...he's very friendly too!

One thing you'll have to do----the new cowl comes with the female plugs, male screws, and screw covers already in place, it's designed to just be pushed into an FD that doesn't have the female plugs. I couldnt figure out an easy way to remove my plugs, so just took the screw covers off my new cowl (be very careful not to scratch up your new cowl, the damn covers were a bitch to get off), and removed the screws and plugs and installed it with the old plugs and screws. I hope that make sense

Thanks for the heads up goodfella. That's another part I need to add to my ever growing list of Ray orders.
and I thought it was just me!

I just recieved my parts, ran out of money before I could order more. Less than a week from order, I am not even considering talking to anyone else about OEM parts. I would rather buy from Ray than search for used parts. Gas tank, more weather strippings, scuff plates, etc coming soon.

I know exactly how you feel.
The parts are brand spankin' new, no worries about damage, cracks etc, the guy sells to us like 35-40% off of list, he often times ships for free, and (unlike buying off this forum) you don't have to worry about being scammed/screwed/ripped off.
