the notorious rear end clunking!! HELP

I own a 93 fd with 165k miles on it. When stopping n taking off it clunks like hell in the rear, mainly when it is a hot day. Anyway I need bushings, I searched and am confused as hell, pretty sure i need pillow-ball bushings. I dont want to go cheap but dont want to spend a lot of $ either. doing the replacement isn't the prob, what bushings do i need? ware do i purchase them, is there a store that sells a complete kit? Anyone know of a good write up on replacement? Any n all help would b great. Tired of it sounding like my rear end is going to fall out lol.

I have to do this too. OEM is the ONLY way to go, theres 3 per side. Someone had a write-up on how to replace them using various sized sockets and bolts to push the bushings out.
