No injector pulse!

I recently purchased a project 94 rx7 single turbo. I have not been able to start it and have narrowed it down to the injectors not pulsing. Also when cranking the fuel pressure is fine but when the key is in the on position the fuel pressure drops to 20 ish psi. I'm stumped as to where to go from here. I've tried running down the injector harness wires but it's a MESS and will take some time to complete. Please tell Me there is some stupid rx7 quirk I'm missing!

there's a ground strap that bolts to the rear rotor housing, make sure it is clean and bolted down snugly. then check your voltage to the fuel pump with the key on and while cranking and connectors connected.

If that doesnt work check the power wires coming into the ECU. there is a blue/red one that should be getting 12V at all times and a black/white wire that should be getting above 9.5 wile cranking. They are right next to eachother.

I just ran into this problem and it causes the injectors not to fire, atleast with the PFC.

Ok blue and red wire was fine. Any idea which pin the injectors are on?

They are on the connector on the opposite end of the ecu. not sure exactly what pins but I believe they are 4 right in a row on the side you have to push the clip on.

I'll have to try this tomorrow I gave up for the day. Never been so frustrated in my life. I've read some posts about the cas giving similar issues to what I have. Hopefully its one of these two things.

Still unable to get this thing started. I did a visual check of both Cas; no busted wires or splicing. I pulled the entire harness and ripped all the electrical tape off. Now I get to go wire by wire and make sure nothing is Mickey moused..... Joy.
