I feel like black rims are played out. The reason: when car manufacturers making new cars them on is a signal to move onto something else. Otherwise the car looks great.

The BBS wheels were the first thing I noticed about the car besides it being yellow. Very clean and classy.

Y'all are killing me...I'm undecided on which set to keep. I like em both. I think the 18 inch CE28N Time Attacks..look great in person...they don't picture as well as the BBS

What about unsprung weight? Do they 18s weigh a lot more?

I'm probably gonna sound like a tard and/or n00b, but where do all these kickass backdrops come from in your pics?? Example.. I've never seen such a picturesque parking garage! Are they doctored or something..

Actually the 18 in CE28N Time attacks are one of the lightest and strongest forged rims. I thought they were pretty light by picking them up. Didn't weigh it though.

The garages with the CE28N's and colored backgrounds were a special access at Chesapeake Energy's multiple garages. The awesome pics were courtesy of Jesse Mak.

Those BBS remind me of spirit Rs... I like the look of the time attacks. Go with what looks good to you haha. My rpf1s look a bit oddy on mine. But do let us know what happens with your wheels whichever set you decide to keep

Now I need to decide on a turbo...to get me around 550-600 rwhp on a stock ported motor...is that possible? Aside from the engine being ported...I plan to upgrade fuel rails, injectors, fuel pump. Debating on E85 and/or AI. Is having both over kill or is one a better choice than the other. I plan to run AEM and ditch the PFC.

to hit 600 on e85 you'll need 4x2200 (the ID injectors) twin pumps (rx7store has the new aeromotive 340s for $160) and a simply massive turbo, a precision 6768 or similar at least. I would encourage the GZ/xcessive LIM and maybe the Rotary Works TB as well for increased flow. Cooling will be an issue so a large fmic or vmic (not sure how big yours is but it might be big enough), AI will help with the temps, but e85 will probably be enough to eliminate detonation. A diff brace, and the tranny will probably still grenade at which point you'll probably want to go the t56 route that howard coleman is working on (finished?).
That's just off the top of my head.

Thanks for info Kyle, I have a Blitz FMIC now. I was looking at 4 ID 2200 injectors. Undecided on one Weldon pump or dual intank pumps Bosch 044 maybe will look at the aeromotives too, just want to make sure they work with E85. I have the tranny and diff braces, lol just need to install them. Was hoping a BW 366 would work...will look at the 6768.

Measurements of the CE28N Time Attacks are:
18x8.5 offset +40
18x9.5 offset +34

You might want to check out FUELAB fuel pumps. I'm going to be running a single in tank with my E85 setup. Compatible with all fuel types and has a brushless design. Plus they can operate at high pressure levels. I'm going to be running 75 psi base pressure with my setup.

I'm running dual walbros and my goal is 500 with e85. I don't know why the aeromotives won't work with it.

I think I said this b4, but here we go once again, I LOVE UR CYM FD, never was a fan on yellow until I saw ur baby! The only thing I would change would be painting the red stripe on the black rims CYM yellow.

Funny you say that...My bro and a few others like it that way too..so they Photoshopped it I think I will stick with the red stripe for now..."Don't fix it if it ain't broken" definitely words of wisdom when it comes to the Seven Cause now my TPS is out wack...

The BBS rims along with that yellow is just jaw dropping to be honest. Nothing wrong with the new rims, but IMO the BBS look so much nicer between the lip, color, and definition.

Any chance you know the specs on those? I'm a long ways away but I want those rims once my car is ready to be dressed up. If you're selling let me know : )

The car is beautiful either way. I like the black rims with the color stripe. Think it makes the car look very nice.

Looks awesome with the stripe changed to yellow. Hate to say it, but red/yellow typically reminds me of Mc Donalds. Not so much in the case of those rims, since the stripe's real thin, but..
