New Project, options wanted

I am just starting down the road of modifying my '94 R1. I have read through the posts, and got a lot of good information, thanks.

I wanted to get some feedback on a couple of different ideas.

I am sticking with the sequential turbos, I got my hands on 2 slightly used '99 efini turbos, not installed yet. I have a new Greddy intake system, DP; not installed.

The next upgrade items on my list to buy is an IC and Rad.
Besides for ease of installation, is there really any performance benefits to a front mount IC, verse a SMIC?

Has anyone had any experience with XS Power SMIC?

Any suggestion on which Rad to go with, Koyo, Fluidyne, etc...?

Down the road I may port the engine. How much of an increase in performance will this deliver, and is it worth the expense?

I was thinking about going with an Apexi Power FC, one that I can get my hands on is from a '99. Is this compatible with my '94?

Any help and options are appreciated, Thanks!!!
