Are your brake rotors drilled, or is that some wierd light effect... And the rears look really big, but I could be just forgetting how big my stock ones look... But for 7K, Id say you got a good deal. And running 12psi, I dont think is a good idea, what with you not knowing what has been done to the car. Its supposed to hit fuel cut at 12psi, which is not good. You may be right on the verge of blowing something up.... All it could take is a cold night or a bad batch of gas or something like that.... Id change all the fluids, fuel filter, maybe pull the plugs and see what they look like. If theyre whitish looking, indicating you might be running a little lean, you really need to get the boost down to 10pis, stock, until youve figured the car out.

The rotors are drilled. I am currently not driving the car since i live in minnesota. I was hoping someone could tell me what mods are needed to run 12 psi. i was planning on working on it over the winter.

just start with all the reliability mods (check the FAQ) i bought my FD with big dreams but you MUST start with getting the car in great shape first. Modding an already troubled 7 is just asking for headaches nothing but more problems will come from it.

That FD looks like it was modded in the height of the 90s: the old school Manaray rims, neon, the old school Trust Grex intakes, the old school HKS Fuel Cut Defenser. I don't mind that at all, but you should definitely follow what the others have said which is to replace all the wear items, the AST, fluids, etc and clean that engine bay.
