I'd imagine the same way I did when I had full exhaust on stock ECU and twins, with a restrictor plate between the DP and MP and an EBC.
I held a consistent 10psi with that setup on both my Petitt/Autometer gauge and the display on my Blitz SBC-iD. It can be done if you're careful. The stock ECU does run rich enough to shoot flames.

I used 1/4 inch thick stainless steel. Take an exhaust gasket and trace around it. Cut it out. Then make the hole 2.5 inches. This will provide enough restriction in the exhaust to be able to control the boost. I got zero boost creep.
But you definitely WILL need a boost controller to do this.
Its not quite as good as a completely unrestricted exhaust but it was an improvement over having an 80k mile stock cat in there no doubt. The weight savings is huge as well. I could definitely feel a difference. I ran this on my car for about 4 months until my stock engine went due to coolant seal failure. Now I'm going single with a PFC so I ditched the restrictor plate at this point, but while I had it, it did good for me. Not for everyone though.
