VA Need some help with my FD =(

Ok so i have had my fd for about a year i bought it from a complete idiot who ripped me off Ok so here is what i have done so far i have gotten a jdm engine replaced the old engine with a jdm one because i sent a turbine through my engine because the idiot decided to sell it to me with rusted turbos so i got jdm engine and turbos had it installed it was running amazing for once then all of a sudden one day a vacuum hose to my blow off snapped and i replaced it my turbos were spiking i had it set to 10 psi they were hitting around 11-12 and the car runs superrrr rich heres a video of what it sounds like and this is a first when i started it i let it sit for a while then all of a sudden i put my hand behind the pipe boom super moist but smells like water maybe it was rain water =/ but if the video doesn't give u enough of what u need tell me what to do ill record it and upload it asap heres the video i have as of right now

BTW i don't know if this will help but here are the parts that were installed before i got the car i havent removed anything #
There are 2 sets of wheels, RPM usually displays 2 sets so there is actually 4 different rims

Has it ever been tuned? It sounds like it's running on one rotor.
Go to the regional section and meet up with some of our richmond contingent. There are quite a few richmond area fd owners.

So am i getting what you are telling me if its only running on one rotor pretty much i need a new engine again?? and no it was never tuned......

forgot to say the car wont go over 4k-5k and the turbo sounds like it chokin instead of blowing off

Check your map sensor in the back of the drivers side of the engine bay. Make sure it is hooked up properly. Should be a vacuum hose and an electrical connector.

If it's coolant it will have a very distinct sweet smell. Also, the liquid coming out will be very slimy. Sounds like the bov couldn't release the build up pressure when the throttle was closed maybe causing damage to the turbos. Either way, it's time for a compression check to see if your engine is ok.
