does anyone have pics of the underside of the original FEED CF side skirts? thanks, heath

PS, do you have to remove the plastic pieces in front of the rear wheels to mount them?

yes you have to remove the plastic underneath...I don't see how any skirt (that attaches to the bottom of the car) can be attached with it there.

well i have a set of reproductions but they are just open underneith which wouldnt seem so aerodynamically great. i wondering if i should fill the underside of them with something light such as foam spray, or even lay some fiberglass to smooth out the underside. what are your oppinions?? i know its a silly question, and im probably overthinking it but im a little **** with the buildup of my project car (as many of you can relate to ) thanks again, heath

I've never seen aero data on these skirts, if there is any...but I would think if the surfaces were smooth...like a planes wing, it'd be a problem. I think the purpose was to make them look like they created down force on the sides of the car (if in fact they have aero effects on the car). Not lift

you're right they don't look so great from underneath, but man do they shine standing next to the car.
