when i was running the F-con i had the same mods without the twinpower and i had a cat bypass pipe (no cat), had the f-con on setting 2 and that was rich for my mods.
AFR's were 11 at idle and boost was 10.5 so the f-con is a very rich piggy back.
I think you should think about getting a wideband to stay safe.
IMO setting 2 should be ok for you mods if not a little rich.

You will not get an accurate reading from the turbo timer....or any other narrowband o2 sensor. You need a wideband o2 sensor to get accurate AFRs...either install one or use on at a dyno shop.
There is no reason whatsoever to install that F-con on your car. The stock ecu is PLENTY rich to run those mods. Just restrict boost to 10 psi (which you have to do with the F-con also). If you really want an upgrade in performance/tunability, sell the F-con and get an Apexi PFC.

bro mod this car right other wise it is going to blow up on you
turbo timers are worthless. Unless you are always in hurry never let your turbos cool down before a shut down. Meaning that you are always on the gas even 50 feet from your destination.
This is what Apex'i has to say about the A/F feature:
"the Timer can also display theoretical air fuel ratio. Since the Auto Timer uses the factory O2 sensor which is primarily designed for emissions, the readings may not be as accurate as racing air/fuel ratio monitors"
I had an HKS F-con. I dumped that in about six months and went back to using a stock ECU at 10 psi. The F_CON made the car run rich and thus I became a prime canditate for engine failure due to carbon build up.
You can actually run the stock ECU with quite a few mods and be fine as long as you stay at 10 psi. and I mean 10 psi no higher! no creep , no spikes, nothing... 10 psi max.
Edit- rynberg beat me to it
