Question Need Help, My Fd Won't Start...

[B]I JUST GOT DONE INSTALLING MY AVCR AND MY GREDDY PULLEYS AND I GOT RID OF THE AIR PUMP. AFTER PUTTING EVERYTHING BACK TOGETHER, MY FD WONT START. I DONT KNOW WHAT'S WRONG. ANYBODY WITH THE KNOWLEDGE PLEASE HELP ME...AFTER I GET IT RUNNING IM GONNA TAKE IT TO A-SPEC FOR FURTHER CHECK UP AND TUNING...[/B]

I take it run before the AVCR install,,,i suggest back tracking over your work mate,,maybe you missed replugging a connector or left a pipe off.

would the adjustment of the pulleys have anything to do with this? too tight or too loose?

I would suspect that monkying with the ECU during the AVCR installation would yeild the problems you are currently having as the car could careless if your belt are even on the car much less too tight or loose. I hope you disconnected the battery when you did all the work on the AVCR connection, if so then I'd double check all connections made to the ECU or look for blown fuses as that's always a possibilty if something was incorrect when you reapplied power. You may have shorted something while taking off components and blown your Main Fuse.

If you blow the Main Fuse (120A), the engine will just crank/turn. The Main Fuse is located in a rectangular fuse box that sits between the battery and the driver side fender. Just check to see if it's still good.

The ACVR taps into the ecu for an rpm signal as well as some other information, so I would check your wiring there as said above.
