need help m2 ecu stage 3 install.

I have a 1993 rx-7

I just put in the m2 stage 3 ecu inn

And the car was reving from 1000-1500 rpm up and down. And my tach would jump to like 3k then 5k then back to 1k jumping up and down? What going on?

Did you make sure to reattach the ground wire by the ECU?

Take off what? The M2 ECU is a direct stock ECU replacement. Everything should go back exactly the way it was with the stock ECU.

Ya I put everything back the way it supposted to be

Do I need to drive a little around maybe?

As a sanity check, put the stock ECU back in place and see if the idle returns to normal.

So the car does not need to learn anything?
