Mystery interior part and part locations

Hi,

I'm in the process of putting my interiior back in and have a few questions....
I'm 99% certain the part (in the pic below) plugs into the longest front harness connector based in the connector color and wire thicknesses. I just have no idea where it mounts in the driver side footwell or what it does. There is some type of trim adjustment on the round portion. anybody have any ideas ?

I'm also curious where the 3 joined rubber washer tubes from the rear hatch washer bottle go thru the firewall in relation to the driver's foot pedals. (upper left side of clutch pedal or...?) I tried pulling back the grey firewall dampening cover piece but can't find it. It's really cluttered with parts down there. I couldn't find the firewall plug from the engine bay either and I suspect it's under the fender inner liner. I can't get the fender liner off without breaking plastic inserts. Anybody ?

Thanks.

That is your ignition switch~~~~ the white cylinder that you see has a hole where you bold right under the steering wheel hub is~~~ basicaly the opposite side where your key goes in~~~~ You have one philips bolt that screws it in place... however this bolt is a mega bitch to screw in due to the fact that the whole guage cluster is blocking it.... so... my sugestion.... goto sears and find a short 90 degree philips screw driver~~ it will save your ***~~~

Yup, that's the ignition switch itself, and there's a turbo timer harness plugged into it as well.

Thanks guys.

I would have never picked up on the turbo timer portion of the harness, Dale.

I don't know why I didn't think ignition switch right away
given the thick gauge harness.
