oh I see now that you drilled new holes.
P.C.D mean pitch center diameter for the hub hat.
im planning to do 8pot front and 6pot rear setup, but still doing my research which fit best and less custom to it.

I can tell you that 8/6 pot front/rear will be overkill for RX7's weight.
Unless you will do something like D2 or other Taiwaness calipers which are lower quality and power than Brembos/AP ones.

yeap I need a lot of stopping power for track.
Im still thinking of normal steal or carbon ceramic, carbon ceramic gonna cost me 12k for both front and rear. with normal steal would be 5k.
did you have a custom bracket for both front and rear?

I will tell you in a couple of weeks as i am still have some problem with the rear brake installation and i cannot test them

The problem is that the overall additional thickness (rotor/hat + brembo caliper width) of the new set is more than firstly calculated,so we have a problem put the wheel in first place. We can solve it simply with a 12mm spacer but this should be out last option. We are going to manufacture new adaptors and hats and measure the system again

Whel size is 18x11, i cannot remember the offset.
Is is no matter of diameter as rear rotor is only 330mm.
Problem is the offset cause wheels have about 5" deep dish and the offset is very tight for huge caliper.
I cannot put spacer either as i will go further out of the rear arches.
We are doing new hats and new bracket at the moment to push the capiper about
10mm deeper.
I will test this setup on the weekend.

Hope to have good news

make sure you take a lot of pics of it, before you put everythings together.
I want to see the custom work you do on it, would be good for me to see it and have an idea on how I might do mine next.
while im currently waiting on my full set of Ferrari 458 CCM brakes to arrive.

What is the spec on the hand brake caliper? Also, what are the rear 4 piston calipers from?

Very nice setup.

Cheers!

I just got the new hats and bracket from my mechanic. Unfortunately i could not avoid the spacer, so 12mm spacer is ready for installation. I will check tomorrow for wheel clearence to the rear arches. I will post many photos so do not worry!!

Handbrake calipers from Lambor Gallardo, but is usual Brembo handbrake caliper. You can take it from Lambos, Ferrari,Aston Martin and Viper(think so).

Rear calipers are from Aston DB9

Today we restarted the installation, So post some pictures of the brackets:

Here with the calipers in place -rear right- (we have placed the disk wrong way althought!!)

And now checking the caliper clearence(No handbrake calipers in place and YES we have again put disk in wrong sides!!) We are using 12mm spacers and longer bolts enought clearence. At the moment we have 2mm clearence of caliper to wheel.

Front set up is freslly painted and ready for bleading.

AND NOW THE PROBLEMS!!!!

Rear set up pull the wheel out 14mm from where it was so we are having problem with fenders clearence. Only solution to change the wheel offset which is f....ing impossible here in Greece. Other solution to change wheels!!!!!
We cannot take the disk or calipers further inside as we have only 1mm clearence for disk to hub and 2mm(lowest safest) of calipers to center of the wheel.
Consider that i am having the wide Chagespeed bodykit ( 50mm rear fenders)

Costs for hats, adaptors, bolts for everything, work etc etc. costs me about 900 euros. Thats only for the rear set.
Front set had only adaptor made so cost was 220 euros.

If anyone is interested to have any other kit made i can have it ready in a few days

my Ferrari 458 CCM brakes set gonna take about 2 weeks for it to arrive to me, hopefully It wont get me much trouble doing the custom brackets for both front and rear.
the hud hat on it with the center diameter of 67.1mm and the stud bolt pattern are 114.3mm just the same spec on the normal rx7. but the disc rotor diameter on it (405mm front and 380mm rear) are huge and the thickness are 32mm for both front and rear.

I do not why you have bought so big rotors. 350 and 330 will do the work.
for 405 front you will need at least 20"-19" wheels, which you cannot use it on track with the FD. Anyway in order to have 32mm rear rotor you will need to have rear wheels with enough offset to accomodate the 12mm wider rotors(32mm to 20mm for FD's) and also the much much wider rear calipers. Thats believe me give you limited options.
I am sure that you will need custom hats, not because of the center diameter but you will need to set the offset correctly. Unless you are going to use spacers, but with 19" wheels in front and back you will go further out and the clearence of rear wheels to fenders is crusial, even with wide body fenders...

For the handbrake calipers you must do custom brackets, as i did. It is not so difficult of you know what you will have to do. Check mines and take the photo to the workshop for references.
Anyway the rear set is ten times more difficult to install it than the front cause you will face many problems...

i do not know , i will have to look at.

I think Mercedes AMG has 330x20. You will have to use their caliper and i do not know if the offset of those are less than 55mm(Aston Martins offset from disk to the outer point).
If are less you are in a good way.....
You can use also Porsche boxster front calipers which has something like 47-48mm.

Thanks
I have 350mm on the front and i was pretending to use the standart calliper at rear brakes
I was looking for some brand like wilwood but better so i can buy the rotors and the match them with some hats so in that way i will be not worrye about the offset
