Gents, I say this sorta tongue in cheek but Duane is a great guy but is a Californian surfer dude kinda guy. In other words he's very laid back. He is however very concientious so perseverence is the only advice I can give. If you cntact him one week then wait two weeks to contact him agina he will have forgotten of put you low on his priority list. Granted perhaps not the best way to do business but that's just Duane. That's all I'd like to say about Duane as he treted me very well and I was happy with his service and very pleased with the parts. As for the specifics regarding ducts he makes IC ducts, brake ducts, and oil cooler ducts so asking for just ducts might be a bit vague. With respect to the IC ducts, from what I can determine, these are typically made only a few at a time when Duane can manage to secure some of the commerical fabricators time. It's securing the time that is the issue. In short don't give up guys it *will* be worth the effort...the ducts are beautiful.
