I am having a similar problem but its not the fuel pump that is causing the problem. I think it might be a stuck injector since the plugs are always wet with gas everytime I pull it out. I'm having a mechanic look at it for me cause i'm tired of dealing with it. How do you know if you have a stcuk injector though?

 

put a fuel pressure gague in the feed line and pressureize the fuel rail then crimp the feed before the gague and crimp the return. if fuel pressure drops an injector is open or leaking. D are you getting spark?

 

have you tried unflooding the engine?

 

yah im getting a spark and I have unflooded at least 5 times LOL.

 

sounds like a stuck injector to me. I could be wrong though

I'm having the same problem, and the ICS is buzzing. The car cranks all day but it won't start.

I tried the WOT trick to no avail. I don't think my throttle is adjusted correctly, and probably flooded the motor some more. The plugs were completely fouled and one of them were wet at the tip. I think I'm getting some spark since I get a little white smoke when I crank the car.

The fuel pump makes the obvious priming sound, and everything else looks fine. The car ran last night.

I'm going to replace the plugs tomorrow and see what happens.
