My car is making a new noise

i dove my car from vegas to sacramento and it started making a weird noise when i revved the engine on the last 100 miles. i think it needed oil because the next day i checked it and it was halfway to the full line. i would of got oil for it but it was dark and every thing was closed. ????Apex seal damage????

Can you give more of a description of the sound? What RPM does it occur at? More information

If the oil level was halfway between the fill and full line, you weren't low on oil.

Oil halfway to the full line should not cause a problem.

We need a better description of the noise and when it occurs to help you.

How is the power and idle? If they are OK then it is probably not an apex seal.

Do you have a boost gauge? Is the noise related to boost? Maybe you just blew out a boost coupler.

the noise is coming from my power steering motor it seems like. My supra friend that works at kraigen auto found the noise coming from that area.he thinks that i might of fried a bearing in the power steering.
