450rwhp on the stock twins? Not likely. Here's about the highest on stock twins (at least recently):

Most people with a good number of modifications end up somewhere from 300-350 rwhp on the stock twins. More than 350 is just asking for trouble in my opinion. The stock twin turbos are pretty small and they heat up the air a lot when you try to force them to make that much power.

i just got dynoed the other night.. 66 deg F, 59% humidity.. for some reason the dyno didnt record from 5.5-7.5k (where my peak would be) but at 5.5k it made 370 rwhp and max torque was 340 at 5.5k (it also didnt record past there for some reason). this was on a ported motor, microtech lt-8, full exhaust, ASI FMIC, 4x850cc injectors, and 15 psi.

if you would imagine where the rest of the graph would go, I would say its between 380-390 rwhp.

350rwhp = possible
400rwhp = highly unlikely
450rwhp = dream on

Unfortunately the operator of the dyno can use a "correction factor" and inflate the numbers. We have several dynos in our town and they can have a graph difference as much as 15%.

I have seen a high of 404RWHP (Dynojet corrected #), and a low of 370RWHP (base Mustang #), @ 15psi within 24hrs (temp and humidity conditions nearly identical).
