Missing Radiator Drain Plug.?.?.?

I know the block has a drain plug too, but this morning I see a puddle and went to look and see that it was leaking coolant thru here. Where circle.

Is a Drain Plug suppose to be here? If so where can I get one? It's still leaking but little drip at a time.

See pictures of the leaking hole.

I'm 99% sure that's where the drain plug is. The stock one is plastic so it's very possible that it just gave out. A fix shouldn't be too hard, just make sure you fix it right cause you don't want that failing while your driving!
