Missed 3rd Gear

I was driving yesterday and my buddy that said show me what this thing can do.

So we are at a red light scoped the area for local laws and light turn green.

1st gear launched at 2500 RPM min tire spin till 2nd turbos kicked in then both tires smoke, little fish tailing.

2nd gear dumped clutch hard min tire spin (chirp)

3rd gear ????? felt the grinding going into gear car fell on its face smelled clutch **** I shifted to 5th gear. I popped clutch while up on power band so its smelled real bad. Had to roll window down but no smoke from clutch.

OK here's the question?
Seems like I have trouble getting to 3rd at times, 5th gear synchro maybe going soon.

I drove the rest of the way easy on the car make sure did not damage anything (tranny) every gear work fine under normal load.

Has anyone else had this problem? or is damage done that will show up very soon?

What can I do to get the car to find gears at higher RPM shifts?

Also car has stock clutch so I am thinking to switch to light weight fly wheel and new pressure plate/disc.
Any suggestions on what to install

I can tell the clutch slips when engaging at high power band since I upgraded to M2 Stage 3 parts.

I only drive car to play under 3K a year is all it will see. So when I uncover car to play its driven hard!

Comments suggestions anyone

There is a 5th gear select spindle that has a higher spring rate.
info:

You can also reduce the about of "rock" to the engine (which increases the enirtia that crashes the 5 gear select spindle) by installing upgraded motor mounts, M-speed PPF, and torque braces.

Short throw shifters with lightweight ***** increase the accuracy of the shift pattern.

Technique wise, when driving spiritedly make sure your seat is upright so that even with the shifter in 3rd gear your elbow is pretty bent & your not reaching forward.
Also instead of gripping the shifter like a bat, try pushing the shifter forward with an open palm, fingers pointing up/slightly to the right.
