Major Hesitation from idle & Greddy A/F gauge problem
I just finished my dp, catback, and gauge install (oil press, fuel press, temp, EGT, A/F, Boost). The car has the 3K hesitation, but I have some other problems. Here we go:
Car has major hesitation from a stop. Also just when driving it. Feels like it is starving of fuel, but the fuel pressure is fine. Maybe an electrical problem?? This happened once before I put the gauges and dp/cb on.
Other problem is that the Greddy A/F gauge just sits there and blinks like it is warming up but never starts reading the a/f ratio. I will check the wiring again, but I am sure I put it in right. The sensor is installed just after where the dp goes horizontal. I also am using the green wire from the Greddy to give the ECU its signal.
I knew the car had the 3K hesitation but I wonder if I am going to have to buy the PFC before I wanted. Maybe that would fix the problem. I haven't done the plugs or wires yet. Any help would be great. Thanks.

For the hesistation, check your grounding points and make sure they are clean. Also, add a few more:

If you haven't done your normal maintenance, go ahead with the spark plugs, fuel filter and O2 sensor.
The stock ECU didn't reprogram itself automatically to give you this hesitation, so replacing the ECU to fix the problem really isn't the answer.

So, I will go ahead and do the plugs, wires, grounding points. I did the fuel filter a week ago and the O2 sensor is the Greddy one that I just installed.
Edit: This bad hesitation has only happened one other time and it was early in the morning and it was a little cold out. I have had the car for like a month and it has happened twice, not consistent. Hopefully some of the aforementioned maintenance will help the problem. I have a midpipe and hate taking that damn stock airbox on and off so if I can't fix the problem maybe I'll get the pfc and intake. I would like to solve the problem before I start adding a bunch of other parts though.

Well, I am a boner. I wired one of the constant 12V for the Greddy a/f gauge to the lighting 12V. I noticed it when it started to act differently when I came home from the movies tonight. The car also ran fine on the way to the movies and the way home, no hesitation. This is really weird.
