ok my buddy. .. has a 1994 mb. mods are.. greddy intake, apexi n1 exhaust, not sure on dp but not stock. and hks grounding wires, and turbo xs mb times 2.
the problem is that it feels like he has no boost. the werid thing is the gauge is showing he has boost.
we did the "damian" mbc setup, and got his boost dialed in almost perfect.. we got it to 10-7-10. im curious. cuz when we got it dialed we did a 30 mph roll on. and after second gear i started pulling on him really hard, and i only have a hks rs intake??!! he said it felt like mine pulled alot harder then his did..i was thinking maybe less backpressure would mean more power and better flow..but mine and his feel totally different..im worried because im getting hks dp and hks hiper exhaust here in a couple months....lol. we have a lot of theorys and speculations but nothing solid to start troubleshooting with, and more heads r better then two
. i was just counting on a more 'experienced' opinion on where we could start troubleshooting...thanx in advance.. ![bgth](https://www.rx7club.com/images/smilies/biggthumpup.gif)

Could be any number of things. You need to make sure that he is indeed making boost, and at the levels you saw before anything else. What are his vacuum levels at idling at 750 rpm? How many miles on his engine? Could he be experiencing ignition breakup at higher rpm? Etc. etc.

Plain and simple low vaccum a weak pulling motor or some serious porting if hes got stock ports his motor is def. worn.....If hes not making good power but making the claimed boost thats another sign that his motor has took a turn for the weak side. Do a compression test!
