Austin, I'm not here to argue with you. My purpose was to point out what really happened.
After the engine blew on the dyno, the mechanic took the car back to his place. He did not charge your friend for the dyno time. He did not charge your friend for the tow truck needed (~$100). That came out of his own pocket.
You know, it's people like you who make him want to get out of the business....

1. I did pay for the dyno (all $300 of it)
2. He tryed to drive it back to his shop with a blown engine, but it tottaly shutdown after being halfway there, then he towed it (which I payed for) which he should have done in the first place.
3.I don't wanna put him outta business but it isn't fair he is treating his customers this way.

The dyno shop isn't there to tune cars. Just to measure a cars performance. They strap it on and floor it. They assume that because you are dynoing it, it is in ok shape to run it to the max
