Leather, Suede or Cloth Seats?

I've gotten to accustomed to the leather seats on my Touring that I find that while at high speeds, my body tends to drift and slid off the leather...

Wondering what you guys have on your FD? Any comparisons on the different materials are kindly appreciated.

I am about to get a pair of R1 Seats to replace my leather ones....good idea?

Cheers

those r1 seats are great. cloth ones are pretty good too. they grip about the same but i think the cloth looks better.

leather just isn't my thing anymore. i have leather in my other car but on a sports car with wonderful handling, leather would irritate me. besides, leather wears out easily on the bolsters especially.

Someone on the forum is selling cloth ones for $350 usd, that's a bargain.

nor do i give two ***** about leather seats. in a luxury vehicle you bet, in a sports car, hell no. i love the suede R1 seats, it keeps you well in place during turning Gs. you can get your leather seats re-done into suede, but it may cost a grip. but if your really worried about body drift, get some racing seats like recaro or something.
