klotz r50 premix ok for OMP?

Hey guys, I installed the RA omp adapter to feed it from a separate reservoir. I went and picked up some klotz r50 two stroke oil and after getting home and reading it(I know should have before leaving) it says not to be used in oil injection systems and I was wondering if that follows the same for the omp?

http://www.klotzwarehouse.com/index.php?productID=8824

I posted this in another section but didnt get any responses, so any help would be greatly appreciated.

I was under the impression that the reason we premix is because the OMP is not always reliable, and even when it is that little drip of oil does not really do an adequate job of lubing as it should. Where as when you pre-mix you know that anywhere there is fuel, there will also be a little bit of oil lubing like it should...

People premix for a lot of reasons. (1) wanting extra lubrication not aimed specifically at the apex seals (2) deleting the OMP to simplify or having an ECU that doesn't run it (3) the OEM setup drips gross oil pan oil into the combustion chamber which doesn't burn clean leading to carbon deposits. As far as the OMP not being reliable, I feel that I've heard of a few cases of failed OMP lines but not many actual OMP failures. Our apex seals are in much graver danger with det issues.

For me the perfect setup is the OMP with an external reservoir for a clean burning 2-cycle synthetic supplemented with some premix. It means I get apex seal aimed lubrication with a clean burning oil with extra lube for everything else via the premix, but I'm not screwed if I run out premix while on a road trip.

I do both and also I monitor the lines to see if the oil is being pumped. To me this is the best way to make sure you always get some oil in there(omp) and then for added saftety I premix in the gas tank as well for added protection.

Does anyone know about my original question though?

Although I don't know of any data out there suggesting that you shouldn't use it, if the manufacturer says not to use it in oil injection systems I'd err on the side of safety and just buy something else.

Just got off the phone with a tech at Klotz and he said it is fine to run through our pumps, the reason its not supposed to be in two stroke oil injectors is its too thick for there pumps. He said I should be more than fine.

Pics as promised....this was not fun to fit in there with stock twins btw and I am going to have to heat wrap the turbo oil line because the OMP is a lot closer to it now.
