Keeping garage floor clean???

I know there is probably a better section of the forum to post this question but I figured I would get a lot of response here. I have a concrete floor in my garage and was wondering the best way to protect if from fluid stains due to working on the car. I don't want to buy a mat type protector. Is there a type of sealant that would make cleaning spills up fairly easy and prevent stains?

Sorry for the double post. I kept getting the damn "Website not responding" message after submitting the post.

Ummm, well.........it's actually the same stuff but not water based. It's also three times as expensive. It's also available from Rustoleum.

(and it doesn't come in Mauve with cool little speckles to throw on it, only grey - YO!)

I like Griot's site - he has lots of cool stuff - and equally
cool prices

I would just rather not pay FULL RETAIL for the same compound.....

The industrial quality stuff is fantastic if you are going to be driving a forklift over it for several years, but I have had NO problem with ""hot pick up"" in my garage with the water based compound, and it takes one week to completely dry vs. several months for the solvent based stuff. I know about hot tires - I live in the desert Southwest.

It's your brain cells. And your money.
