Exclamation Just bought Apexi AVC-D all instructions in Japanese! Has anyone installed this!!

Yeah I just bought this boost controller and all instructions are in Japanese?! WTF I was wondering if anyone has set this controller up have english instructions or know where I can get them! Any help woud be appreciated Thanks

I think you mean AVC-R, not AVC-D. http://www.apexi-usa.com/documentation.asp They have the manual there.

It should be pretty easy to set up and everything - it's just ***** for amount of boost versus RPM. Plumbing the actuator in should be just like the AVC-R, and wiring is probably just 12v switched and ground.

No actually I did mean AVC-D not R it is a jspec boost controller. There are feautres on the controller that need to be set up besides the wiring type specific car settings and such there are also about 6 wires in the harness that need to be routed into the ecu which i have no idea what wire goes were. Anyone with any direction here?!

They did sell the AVC-D in the US, but that was some time back. I'd call Apexi USA and see if they can get you English instructions.

Dude, I'm serious. You'd be surprised what you can get with a phone call. I've had HKS USA fax me a number of manuals in the past for FREE. If nothing else, they can likely tell you what wire is what. Just be polite and to the point, I'm sure they'll help you out.
