JAX, FL: rear subframe toe-link tab repair
I curbed the rear-end and broke-off the tabs that holds the toe-link.
Has anyone fabricateed new tabs for the toe-link mount ?
Is this an easy repair ?
Any recommendations in JAX, FL, for a repair ?

Well, if your handy with a welder, just grind everything down to bare metal, bend the tabs back to original position, reweld, then spray the area with some paint/undercoat to prevent rust.
If your not, then take it to a fab shop, or any welding shop for that matter, they should be able to fix you up.

I think you're already taking this route, but I would replace the rear subframe. They're typically not hard to find or pricey, and that's a part that I would want to make sure was 100%.

Yep, going to replace the rear subframe, but I need to do a good quality repair for my track session this weekend, doh!
Dale, do you have a lead on a 1994-1995 rear sub-frame in Florida ?
If not, I have a line on one in NJ.
Do you know if it will fit on a pallet ? How about estimated weight ?
Thanks,
