My name is Angel I'm 18,and I Live in Southern California. The truth is i have no idea where to start when it comes to MODDING my RX7; therefore, i hope some on this forum has a bit of knowledge when it comes to this matter.

i have a 93 FD ,and i want to reach 400 hp.
what parts ,or brands do you recomend

And another big deal is i want to keep my stock twins,so i don't know how that's going to work.

basicly i need a person who can show e the steps to modding a RX

I'm sure plenty of people will step up to help you.

If 400 is your goal, ditch the twins.

I say, get the supporting mods and push 15 psi through your twins. Now that's a fun setup.

This should get you to your goal

First off a healthy engine

BNR Stage 3 twins
Apex PFC ECU
1300cc Secondary injectors
Supra fuel pump
Downpipe, Intake and Exhaust
Bigger Intercooler
Upgrade radiator (for reliability)
And a good tune
There may be some things that I am missing but this are the most $$$ you will spend on.

Of course there are little things here and there that you will be needing as you go....

All the answers to your questions are already on this forum. Start with the stickies and go from there. We don't need yet another thread on the same subject.

I'll be the one to point this out, if a dude posted this thread, he'd have to purchase a flame suit.

*Note to self*: pose as a girl on rx7club so I can get help with anything I need

Right, single = $4,000

If you want to use the stock twins, here are the essentials.

Pettit Reflashed ECU or Power FC
Intercooler
Secondary Injectors
Supra Pump
Fuel Pressure Regulator
Downpipe/Exhaust

Clutch

good advice

Why do you need 400 now. Didn't you just get the car and you're only 18. it's plenty fast stock plus you're in LA. A 400 hp FD won't be easy to pass smog unless you have a hook up, but doing it legally is so much better. Enjoy it stock for now. You could always mod it later. Also try the west section for FD owners in your area, they could probably help out since they're local. Good Luck!

do all the reliability mods first. radiator, fc fan switch, downpipe, and rewired fuelpump or supra pump. then start to mod.

This sounds like a recipe for suicide! take baby steps first so you can get use to the power the car has and go from there.
