basicly i need a person who can show e the steps to modding a RX

I'm sure plenty of people will step up to help you.
If 400 is your goal, ditch the twins.
I say, get the supporting mods and push 15 psi through your twins. Now that's a fun setup.

This should get you to your goal
First off a healthy engine
BNR Stage 3 twins
Apex PFC ECU
1300cc Secondary injectors
Supra fuel pump
Downpipe, Intake and Exhaust
Bigger Intercooler
Upgrade radiator (for reliability)
And a good tune
There may be some things that I am missing but this are the most $$$ you will spend on.
Of course there are little things here and there that you will be needing as you go....

Right, single = $4,000
If you want to use the stock twins, here are the essentials.
Pettit Reflashed ECU or Power FC
Intercooler
Secondary Injectors
Supra Pump
Fuel Pressure Regulator
Downpipe/Exhaust
Clutch
good advice

Why do you need 400 now. Didn't you just get the car and you're only 18. it's plenty fast stock plus you're in LA. A 400 hp FD won't be easy to pass smog unless you have a hook up, but doing it legally is so much better. Enjoy it stock for now. You could always mod it later. Also try the west section for FD owners in your area, they could probably help out since they're local. Good Luck!
