Intercooler Piping Question

Alright so i have a stock intercooler from an evo 7. and i want to boost 13-14 psi on it. I think they can handle it since evos push 17-19?
but anyways since i dont want to pay 500 for making intercooler piping.
with one of these pipe kits

do you think theres enough pipes in there to get it close to a front mount that way if any other welds and cuts needed to be made here and there it would be more cost effective?

maybe this kit cause it seems to have more bends. What do you guys think?

Its intercooler piping, which should be the area people try to save the most cause who wants to pay 500 bucks to have pipes made. its not like you have nothign to show for it. I ask cause these dont look like horrible quality

The "max psi" ratings you see for ICs are related to the expected flow at those boost levels (psi is an imperfect measure of this, but it gets you in the ballpark for a specific engine). It is not related to the burst pressure of the IC itself.
