Intake and Intercooler Hose Couplings on a diagram

I need to replace my couplings bad. My boost are inconsistent. Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday, I had 5-3-5. I took my FD out for a spin last night and had 10-8-10. I noticed that I am hearing a whole lot of loud "swooshing", but no kick when I accelerate.

Vacuum hoses will be replaced next month. I would like to replace the couplings to start. If someone has an Intake and Intercooler diagram with the couplings for the turbos and intercooler, please send them to me. I'd like to replace them with silicone ones. I can measure them but I don't know how many I'll need.

Too lazy to take apart. I eyeballed one coupler from the Y-pipe to the intercooler and one coupler from the ribbed intake tube to the turbo in the back of the compartment. Does the other turbo, located near the front of the engine bay have one too?

Thanks,
Jason

Check the Mazda Manual... F-76 and F-78 I think is what you're looking for.
