Call your insurance agent. It doesn't matter what anyone else is paying. Make sure to run it by your parents first.

I was paying about $175/month for full coverage for my FD when I was 19. I am with Progressive.

20 married(wife is also covered) no acccidents(wife has two tickets) with full coverage was 330 through Geico and I'm now switching to American Family for like 190 a month. Geico was the cheapest at first out of them all. THen after having insuarance in my name for a year it was the highest I've check out so far and can't come close to the others.

Your math doesn't quite add up there 258x6= 1548 not 1900. 1900 is closer to what I was paying at 330 a month.
