Edit: Now seeing your next post. I was told to give it a couple hundred easy miles of around town driving (lots of shifting). Highway miles don't count. It's not going to kill your clutch by getting on it early. It just may not last as long.

I have had my ACT SS & 9.5 lb flywheel for a couple of months now. I am pretty happy with it. I can feel the engine rev more quickly, and not just in 1st and 2nd gears. The first thing I noticed was that the car shifts more easily. Changing gears is not quite at "notchy" as before.
ACT recommends 300 miles for break in. Thats a funny recommendation because you could drive 300 miles on the freeway without shifting very much. I would say to drive the car for 10 days, and then call it broken in.
The stock flywheel is 19 lbs, and there is no counterweight with it.

I'm loving the setup. I didn't notice any change in pedal pressure, just grabbed a bit sooner when coming off the clutch. Really takes a hold. After this weekend, I'd have to say that downshifting does feel easier.
