Question innovate wideband LC-1 kit

guys,

i need some guidance here....
as you know... innovate wideband LC-1... the lamda cable... they have wires to connect....

my problem is that i am suspecting my grounding is not that good for my wideband due to the LED is flashing once every 10 to 20 seconds... causing me to read AFR 9 on that particular flash...

asked those guys at innovate, they say either i'm not getting constant 12V, or my grounding is having noise or it's not good enough. i'm hooking up my 12V under my main meters.... sharing the 12 V with 2 of my meters...
and my grounding is using the bolt hole for the ECU....sharing the system and heater ground on it as well.

my question here is below

1) for system ground - where did you guys connected to ?
2) for Heater ground - where did you guys conencted to ?
3) for 12V ignition - where is the best place to take a 12V that doesn't fluctuate ?

I took 12v right from the fuse box (switched) and as I recall grouded the system to the same ground as the ecu and the heater to a nearby bolt. I don't have the instructions in front of me, but didn't it say NOT to use the same grounding point for the heater. It's been a few years since I installed everything, good news is I've never had a problem.

i did the same for the grounding... which is near to the ECU bolt...i can't find any ground for my ECU.... i'm using PFC...

if my grounding issue is not the main problem... then the biggest suspect is i'm not getting enough voltage...

so.. the fuse box is the one at the leg side right ? not the one in the engine bay right ?

i might want to consider taking it from there as well... but my car is RHD... it's a distance away from the 12V.. but will try someday... even the box is difficult to reach... hidden so far inside there....

Yes, the fuze box I am referring to is the one (in US, LHD) by the drivers left leg. I found a little adapter at an auto store that plugs right into an existing fuze holder but has a second fuze with a hot line out in addition to holding the original fuze. It was literally "plug and play"
