Question Injector setup?: 550's&1600's or 850x4?

Either one of these setups should provide me with enough fuel. (For about 350 RWHP) I am curious which would be better. I currently have 550's and 1300's that were modified by RC. I have heard of specific failures with the modified 1300's and I realize that many 1300's are ok and reliable. I realize I may be paranoid but I am definitely taking these out.
So for a 350RWHP car on 99 spec turbos, Apexi Controller, and the standard bolt on mods, KDR street port, upgraded fuel pump, which would be better, 550's and 1600's or 850's all around. I am in MD, which has emission sniff testing. Will the EGR valve removal with the 1600's cause trouble to pass the sniff test? How well will it idle with 850 primaries? I did search and some say the 850 primaries do not atomize as good and therefore do not idle as good. Anyone with experience here?
All input would be greatly appreciated.
P.S. After the exchange, I will be selling my 1300's. They have 26k miles total on them. They have a few thousand miles on them since RC bored them out two years ago. (I can take a photo of my odometer if you would like for me to verify my mileage.)

My car has 850 and 1680 cc injectors and it will pass the test if I put the main cat on and reset the fuel and timming with the Power fc . The car starts good and idles as smooth as any of my customers cars with 550cc in the pri spot . I have used 550-1200as well as 850-1200cc. With the big BNR twins I am happy with the 850-1680 set up .I set the fuel pressure at 40 psi at 0 vac , bigger fuel line than stock and high output fuel pump .

It is the air control valve (ACV) that you have to remove to run the custom secondary rail. I have heard of people running the air pump output directly to the cat to pass emissions tests.

850 injectors in primary and secondary

Thanks for the feedback. I am going to try 850's in the primaries and the secondaries and see how things go.
