I'm a noobie, please help me answer my question ..

there is one car that i want to buy from another person.
it has 85k miles, but he said that the apex seals on rotary engines go out, thus loss of compression, death of engine ensuing.
do you really need to rebuilt the engine with that low milleage?
how much will it be to rebuilt the engine?
so the life of a rotary engine is no more than 80 - 100k miles?
thanks

Thats not all that true. It depends on how well maintained the motor has been.
