i got a good price on super blue brake fluid

Strickly German (http://www.strictly-german.com) has a good price on Ate Super Blue Racing brake fluid if anyone needs some.

$9.95 for super blue or the type 200

http://www.strictly-german.com/motor...?idproduct=498

I ordered 1 litre or the super blue and 1 liter of the TYP 200 (gold color) for a future change. It was at my door in a few days.

I bought mine at www.ogracing.com a couple weeks ago for $7.25/liter, but looks like it is $9.95 now. I was very happy with their service.

I am running that fluid and love it. Great to know a new place to buy it.

I know that the Porsche folks seem to love it. One advantage is that if you alternate blue & gold (like Damian), then when you bleed your system, you can tell when the old fluid is out by the color change.

yep, what artowar2 said...and it has very good dry/wet boiling point along with having a decent resistence to moisture absorbtion

http://www.MotiveProducts.com has it for $9.95 also. They are the makers of the wonderful PowerBleeder product.

Out of curiosity why would one choose ATE over Motul 600? I believe Motul RBF is fully synthetic and you mentioned that ATE is not synthetic...what are the positives/negatives? On the downside Motul is about $12.95 a bottle but it has worked flawlessly for me on the track.

BTW, the ability to change fluid color does seem very convenient for bleeding the brakes.
