I´m in the middle of the break in, and I my cat is clogged....
I´m in the middle of the break in process, my engine has been rebuilt weeks ago.
My cat is seriously clogged, the exaust destroyed, and my tranny is hot because of my cat...
I know that if I go on a full exhaust (with DP) i MUST have my ECU chipped 4 better fuel....
Will it be ok during the break in?? Will it just be better to wait till it finishes?

You will be find, your not going to be boosting much, if at all durring yuor break in so you will be fine. Once your car is broken in though and you want to start getting on it.. look for a chipped ecu or PFC.

Symptoms of a clogged cat are excessive heat like you described. It could also emmit a rotten egg smell. You might have poor performance and throttle response. If its just for break in, I would take the cat off, take a steel rod or somthing similar, and bang out part of the core to help it flow for the time being. Then decide on a replacement later.

I talked with my mechanic and he told me that I can install a full exhaust and DP during break in, without the ecu, becouse I will not Boost the car.
*** soon as I am ready to boost it, I must install a remmaped chip....
