Do you think I could make a setup at 13 psi and another one at 15 psi for street racing application on my stocks twins and Power FC? Give me a list of your modifications ?

350 is a nice number if you want to take a good chance of having to replace your engine. Based on your comments about the cost of components, I don't think that's a great idea. Personally, I'd be happy with 310-325 horsepower @ 12-13 psi and call it good no matter what your mod list looks like until you get rid of the stock twins. In my opinion, people get too greedy and want to push for bigger numbers without truly understanding what they're doing, or the consequences.

You have to keep in mind that all cars are different. One may make 350 RWHP with the same mods that someone else only gets 330 (or less) from at the same boost level. Tune your own car to it's own limitations instead of shooting for a number someone else made that you may not reach, and would likely compromise the longevity of your engine even if you did. Tune with a reasonable margin of safety, and what you end up with as far as power numbers is what you end up with.

I read on rx7.com that the stock injector can support upward to 360-375 Engine horsepower at 85% duty cycle for reliability reason.

I'm suprised you guys dont use Marco for tuning. He's in Woodbridge Ontario. Of course Steve is great too. I was just suprised you guys dont use Marco.

Marco ownes Magnus Motorsports here is his website http://www.magnusmotorsports.com/

He is a awesome fabricator, he has a full machine shop complete with CNC machine, ect. They specialize in RX7, DSM, STI, WRX, he pretty much modifies and tunes anything with a turbo on it lol. He has a 20B FD and has built many 650+rwhp 13b's. His DSM on the main page of his site was running mid 9's like 3 years ago and I believe is fixing to be in the low/mid 8's.

Anyway, he's a great guy, you should swing by there sometime and talk to him.

I thought the rats nest and ACV need to be removed also?

On their Website, they don't even talk about Apexi Power FC ??? If they are specialist in RX-7 why they don't talk about it. May be he prefer working with AEM and Haltech only....

Sure, you can do 325 wheel horsepower, but you will be at almost the functional limit of your fuel injectors. I strongly recommend, with all the time and money you spent on this setup, that you spend the extra few hundred bucks for some bigger secondaries.

I finally decided to go with somes bigger secondaries that drop in the stock rail and also ordered on ebay A Twin Power Ignition(360,Very good price). With that I should reach a 325WHP without problem at 12 psi...

Yeah! That's a fact but with all my mods I really don't think 325RWHP is not realist. What do you think ''Cruiser''?

I think 320-325 is a good goal with a decent tune. It would be pretty easy if you're non-seq.
