theoritecally by design as much as you want... because it isnt like it gonna blow open (by design)

I guess it would depend mostly on the condition of your stock valve.

I think I read somewhere that it holds up to like 16lbs of boost, I could be wrong though..

ok cause im selling them to starion and conquest owners cause our stock valves are gay, and FD bov's are cheaper then 1g eclipse turbo ones so .. im helping them out, we usually run about 15 PSI on our motors so, these SHOULD work

People have use the stock BOV as far as the stock MAP sensor will take it (around 17 PSI) without problems.

From what I've read on a rx7 magazine, the stock turbines can hold up to 1.0kg^cm2. With 1.0kg^cm2 of boost, it would last almost as long as the turbine which was boosted on stock level. If more than 1.0kg^cm2, it will sugnificantly increase the stress on the turbines and it will not last as long as the turbines which are boosting with stock level..
