Perhaps make a new wiring section that mimics what the stock wiring did, except now you have a much stronger source. Shouldn't be too hard to do. although, you would have to run some signal wires a considerable distance. however, I do believe the important wires are the ones that have now been routed the shortest possible way.
cewrx... I hope you dont hate me for my wild brained ideas... because I will probably be picking your brain later on for advice on PFC tuning.

Yes, and most people bridge the circuit for full-time 12V operation when they go BPU to ensure that they have adequate fuel. I drove my Supra that way for 3 years on a daily basis and never had a problem with the pump, nor have I ever heard of anyone else burning one up prematurely.

ok, im not very good with electrics which could be part of the reason why im confused with the attaced word document.
step 1 - i understand
step 2 - is this literally just running another live wire spliced into the original at both ends?
step 3 - really confused with this one, can anyone make it simple for me or even better show some photos?
so do i need a new relay? and what amperage of wire do i need to do what jobs?
thanks

#3 is the same as mod in clubrx. #3 gives you best return on spent time
I used inline fuse from walmart and wire was long enough for that mode. I didn't take it to the battery (+), I used (+) that comes into fuse box straight from a battery.
It doesn't look like this mod will set voltage at all RPM's, but I didn't test and like to know as well.

nice find, some great pics there thanks, so there seems to be a few different ways of doing this mod then, that link appears to just have a fused live going to the feed wire into the relay. Doing this plus a bigger earth, is this enough to get 13.8V to the pump withou having to run a new wire from the engine bay into the boot?

Even at that 11v, you'll still have more flow than the stock pump which will provide a similar benefit depending on the fuel needs of the setup.

When I rewired mine, the voltage at the pump went up by 2 volts from 11.8 to 13.8 with the alternator output at 14.1.
When the alternator gets fully hot like in summer, the voltage will drop from 14.1 to about 13.8.
