Mazdatrix offers an ultrasonic cleaning service that supposedly does a good job. I've also heard that a diesel shop can do a cleaning job to the oil coolers as well. You could also dunk the coolers in a bath of Simple Green, carb cleaner, gasoline, etc. and let them sit for a while, then remove and rinse out.
