I would also recommend some bigger secondary injectors. Not sure exactly how much power that injector setup would be good for but im fairly confident you will be cutting it pretty close.
IMO one should build their fuel system to be able to supply enough fuel for the max air the turbo can flow..as a safety net.

I was thinking about 1500 cc secondary ..., 850cc bored to 1500cc if possible
I think with the power fc I can set the injector size up to 1500 cc/min
I also plan to keep my smic / mazdaspeed intercooler with koyo nFlow radiator.
I plan to set boost at 15psi

I know its suddenly getting really expensive now, lol, but I would steer you towards some modern top-feed injectors and an aftermarket secondary rail & FPR.
If you can spend that much money on a turbo (EFR), then you can spend a couple hundred more to do your fuel system correctly. If your stressing your budget then either wait till you can afford the correct bits, or look into a cheaper turbo. There are some good options.
The stock side feed injectors are old tech, not very precise and have a poor spray pattern. Bored out injectors are a bit of a taboo. The stock injectors bored out will act like a hose compared to a modern injector that will atomize fuel much much better. Making for easier, more precise tuning, a smoother driving experience & generally more reliable operation.
You can get a FFE or CJ kit that will work with the accessories your wanting to keep. (I forget the size you need to be compatible with accessories) I think it might be 38mm rail & injectors?

since I already have the full hks turbo kit, I still have the the t04z in mind 0.84 A/R OR 1.0A/R .
I like the fact it requires no modification from the hks kit I have,
what about the*

is it plug in with my hks kit, no modification on the manifold , downpipes…?

if not that will open up lots of options for you.
Also I would suggest just getting used to the idea of cutting the downpipe and having the suitable flange welded on in the right place. Its not that big of a deal. Just another of many hurdles to cross when going single

That wont fit. Look at the down pipe. It has a bolted flange at both ends.
Even if you find a to4 bolted flange to vband adaptor, then your downpipe is suddenly the wrong length and would still need to be cut to get rid of the length the adapter would add.
Even if the adaptor only adds an inch or so. Still no go. Something still needs to be cut and welded.
EDIT: something like this would be what your thinking of (not saying this is is the size you need, i dont know how many bolts that flange is), but anyway. If you use something like this - your downpipe will be the wrong length.

I made this diagram which should make things a bit clearer
to let you know how close tolerances are. When we made my setup, we specc'd it without the manifold to turbo gasket installed (which is about 1.5mm thick). When we installed it for real, with the gasket installed, it raised the height of the turbo 1mm or so due to the gasket, and even that was not ideal for things fitting properly..

im not sure about that. as far as im aware they wont fit in the stock FD rails as the stock rail is "side feed" whereas ID injectors are "top feed" injectors. that may overcome that, im not sure. i dont think so though
An easy, and tried & tested option is to go with the FFE "step-up" kit, with injectors of your choice (2000cc are a good option). it comes with the FPR as well

And I did read that thread, and I understand how the bottom of the injector can fit into the iron with the "denso cushion" but im not getting how it fixes the issue of side feed vs top feed and I don't think your going to find very much info on it either.
By all means try something "different" if you want, but that's not the easy route or tried & tested route, believe me.
Search around to see how many guys have used these "direct fitment" ID injectors you speak of (converted top feed to side feed), and see how many have gone the tried & tested method with an aftermarket rail & FPR. As far as im concerned the only thing direct fitment about the ID injectors are that the bottoms will fit in the irons, which the good kits come with boss's to fix that anyway.
Seriously just get the "FFE" "step-up" kit. It will have EVERYTHING you need and save you a whole heap of hassle and trying to reinvent the wheel. Whats another $400 ontop of an EFR setup?

The gaskets are coated steel and are often re-useable.
Fresh gaskets are always nice though.
