I wanted to kill that bitch. I even planned on slashing her tires because I knew where she lived from the info she gave me.

The insurance company ended up taking her side(big surprise) and saying it was a 50/50 liablity issue and I got nothing. I actually still have the dent on my driver's side.

I and you should have called the cops to get a written report taken. I have learned my lesson. Good luck to you though. Maybe your guy will be honest.
get her back now. she'll never expect it at this point lol.

That's too funny. I was just saying the exact same thing to my girlfriend last night after I posted.

We'll see. Maybe I'll give that bitch a nice little surprise.

I wish I would have had full coverage insurance back then and I wouldn't even be contemplating this right now.

I agree with the others - since he thought about jumping, I'd have had cops there and all the **** tricks I know to make sure his *** is locked down.

There is stupidity, and then there is the hit-and-run. I think anyone who bounces from any kind of accident should be castrated, and that's that.

A cop in Los Angeles told me, few years ago they started not file any minor car accident report because it happens almost every second in Los Angeles. In order to protect your nice ride, always get full coverage.

That must really suck, only because it's your mom. It's candy apple red.

That was one of the reason i didn't. They have told us before, that they have more important things to do, then get to a little fender bender, and if they do, they dont know how long it will take them before they send a squad car.

Definitely. Without full coverage, it's just you against the other insurance company... and guess who is going to win? The ******** insurance company.

With full coverage, your insurance company has something to gain by backing you, so they go to bat for you.

Personally, I am still waiting to get my deductible back from a girl who received a wreckless driving ticket because of the accident she involved me in. Allstate says it's her fault, but her company forced the issue into "arbitration". It's been almost a year now!

All insurance companies are crooked, operating just a hair inside the law. Body shops are no better, so make sure you research one and get a solid recommendation.
