High idle

High idle help needed
After stopping at a light right after a freeway run my idle was pulsing between 2000-2500 rpm so when I got home(drived ok apart from idle)I took a quick look and all I found the one of the lines to the Y pipe had come off ...the lower one,when we started it the next day it shot up to almost 4k rpm in warm up so I that was not it.
I pulled the uim off the car a few days ago looking for the leak but have not found one(still seq twins)I replaced all the lines 2 years ago all looked good as new, I noticed the pcv line was disconnected probably by me? so we started it up again and it will not idle at all and just dies,to hold idle we have to give it gas. If someone recognises theese symtoms and can offer help/where too look next I would be grateful, I have done a compression test and it is good on all faces fuel pressure is good too and maf sensor was secure also exchanged the maf to be sure to remove that possibility.
This may be significant,the car is tough to start after removing/replacing the uim also I did hear a electical buzzing sound coming from the uim area that i have never heard before? turbo timer was set to 30 seconds the sound went away when the timer shut off,I could not duplicate it again.Thanks in advance.

How are u running sequentials with 1600cc injectors? and when did RX7s have MAF's?
Heres some free advise. It sounds like a vaccume leak to me and you probly made it worse when you removed the UIM. If you have a FSM, which is a must, tourge you UIM to factory specs, and keep searching for leaks.
Once all the vaccume lines have been checked and you still cant find a leak. Ajust your TPS. This solves some of the most annoying problems.
