HiFlow Manifold & T4 Turbo
How would this compair to my stock twins and would i require anything else to install it.

You'll require several things to actually install it, not to mention you'll need all the supporting modifications to run a single turbo. Please read through the single turbo FAQ section and use the search function. Chris Regan has a nice write-up as well...
